Hi, my name is Jenna, I am a travel consultant for Char Travel in the Albany, NY area, and let me tell you that I am thrilled to be “on board” with Char Travel, and working with Char is a perfect fit!  She has streamlined her group trips to be so much fun, that most friends and clients book again, year after year! 

I have been in the travel field for over 5 years now.  Previously, I worked for a large national company where I underwent extensive training and traveled quite a bit.  Although I am thankful to have the experience with that company, I felt like I was just a “salesperson” for them and all they cared about were “the numbers”.  Although it was a great learning experience, I felt something was missing, and that I was not allowed to spend time giving clients what I they truly deserved, because I had to focus on getting new clients and  “new” sales.

What I enjoy most about being a travel specialist with Char Travel is that I can actually spend more time working with my clients, and be there for them, every step of the planning process, before, during and after the trip!  It is very important to me to find out exactly what my clients want and to be there for them, when they need me.

Working with an agency that specializes in au natural and lifestyle travel is extremely rewarding.  I have become more familiar with this culture over the years, and I have to say the people I have met have been the most honest, warm & friendly people ever, and it is so exciting to help them plan their lifestyle trips.  I, also, like Char, plan on going on most larger group trips to Hedonism, Desire or on a Lifestyle Takeover Cruise, so that I can be there to provide personal service to my clients and to make sure that everyone is having a good time and feels comfortable, no matter if this is their first trip or their tenth!
